Common Returns Questions

How long does it take to receive the shipping label?

Once you submit your return request, we will review your request within 3 business days. If we are able to accept the return, we will send you step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

We process all returns once a week. Once we receive your return we will inspect it and if the return meets all the criteria, we will issue a refund or store credit. Refunds are processed by the bank and may take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your bank statement. 

Do I pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping cost for the returned item will be deducted from the refund or store credit. The return shipping cost will depend on the weight and dimensions of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I do an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. We can only offer returns within 30 days from the original order date. You can request a return via our return portal and place a new order for the desired item via A7 website. This will ensure faster delivery of the desired item. 

How long do I have to process my return request?

You are able to submit a return request within 30 days from the original order date. This allows for ample time to inspect the products before use. 

How long do I have to ship the returned items?

You have 14 days from the receipt of the return label to drop off your return. Your return will be cancelled if the carrier does not scan the return within 14 days from the receipt of the shipping label.

Do you offer international exchanges?

We do not offer international returns at this time. Our return policy only extends to USA shipments.

Can I use my own shipping label for the return?

We do not accept returns with your own shipping label as we are not able to monitor the shipments in their return process. We must be notified through the online return portal before the return process can begin.

What are the conditions for return?

The returned items must be unworn and unused. Returned items must have the original product packaging (tag and bag if applicable). The items must NOT be washed or dried and NOT have any smell, animal hair, make-up, chalk or deodorant stains on it in order to be refunded. No refunds will be granted for returns that do not meet this policy.

What is A7's Return Policy?

  • We only offer returns at this time, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • If you wish to make a domestic exchange (within USA) you can fill out the return form here and place a new order for the desired item via the website. This will ensure faster delivery of the desired item. 
  • We DO NOT offer international returns. Our return policy only extends to USA shipments. 
  • We offer returns for refund or store credit within USA.
  • Returns for refund and store credit are ONLY offered through our online portal.
  • We must be notified through the online return portal before the return process can begin. We do not accept returns without notification or with your own shipping label.
  • You are able to submit a return request within 30 days from the order date. This allows for ample time to inspect the products before use.
  • The return must be in the mail stream (scanned by USPS) within 14 days of receipt of the return label (see return timeline image below).
  • Your return label will be automatically cancelled if the return is not received by USPS within 14 days of the receipt of the return label.
  • We DO NOT offer returns for collabs, discontinued items, clearance items or purchases made using coupon codes offering a higher than a 15% off discount.
  • We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for men's briefs or socks for hygienic reasons.
  • The shipping cost for the returned item will be deducted from the refund or store credit. The shipping cost will depend on the weight and dimensions of the returned item.

  • Be sure to carefully select the right size by following our size charts provided BEFORE you checkout. The general rule is to compare our size charts to the measurements of well-fitting clothing you already own and choosing the closest size, up or down, depending on your fit preference.
